Dr Allanah Johnston | Director | Future Calibrate    

Allanah brings extensive experience from her global career through her role as a change practitioner and an academic.

With extensive experience in designing and implementing large and complex programs across multiple organisational sites, Allanah’s experience in both tertiary education and industry brings innovative strategic solutions to organisations. Her research expertise and corporate experience includes change management, Human Resource Management, culture change, International Business Strategy, innovation and strategic alignment, branding and employee engagement, and internal communication processes. Allanah combines strategic planning, operations and solutions that are grounded in the wellbeing of people. 
Allanah has extensive experience in leading and developing teams and is passionate about training and supporting staff in delivering results.

She supports the need for employees to feel a sense of belonging and the need to be valued and respected in all roles, regardless of type of role, tenure or experience. She sees the need for more organisations to respond proactively to change through adaptive and highly responsive forms of leadership that encourages more integrated and equitable systems, structures and processes.
